The Element handbook was produced to work alongside a course for members of St Mary’s Church, London. The course was designed for people who wanted to find out more about what it is to be a Christian, and the handbook pulled together a collection of articles looking at some of the different areas of faith.

‘Devoted’ explores the idea of spending time with God and connecting with him through prayer on a regular basis.
